We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes in certain countries; please provide a physical address.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Jungle House is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required for replacement or refund.
